What happens to my data if I cancel my plan?
Your data will remain accessible on the platform for up to 45 days after cancelling your plan. After this period, your account and data will be permanently deleted.
What happens if I exceed the data storage limit on my plan?
If you exceed the data storage limit on your plan, you may be prompted to buy additional storage space as add on or upgrade to a higher-tier plan with increased storage capacity. Alternatively, you can delete older or unnecessary data to free up space within your current plan.

Compute tokens are used to perform high computational tasks such as data processing, contour generation etc. The consumption of compute tokens is based on the complexity and duration of the tasks executed by the user.
